This is the land and city of Jashon. The land of Jashon is next to the land of Antum (and the hill Shim), and southward of the land of Shem.

MORMON 1:42 [2:16]: And it came to pass that in the three hundred and forty and fifth year, the Nephites did begin to flee before the Lamanites, and they were pursued until they came even to the land of Jashon, before it was possible to stop them in their retreat.
Commentary: This verse references the places of Jashon and Joshua. The land of Jashon is not necessarily near the land of Joshua. About 15 years passed between being chased to the land of Joshua and being chased to the land of Jashon. Using Occam's Razor, the Lamanites were to the south of the Nephites and driving them generally north, so the Land of Jashon should be to the north of the land of Joshua.
MORMON 1:43 [2:17]: And now the city of Jashon was near the land where Ammoron had deposited the records unto the Lord, that they might not be destroyed.
Commentary: This verse references the places of Antum, the hill Shim, and Jashon. The hill Shim is where Ammoron deposited the records in the land of Antum. The phrase 'was near' means the land around the city of Jashon is next to the land of Antum.
MORMON 1:48 [2:20]: And it came to pass that we were driven forth until we had come northward to the land which was called Shem.
Commentary: This verse references the places of Jashon and Shem. The term 'we' refers to Mormon and the Nephites. The Lamanites were driving from the south, so the land of Shem is northward of the land of Jashon.
