Gebim is in proximity to Madmaneh. There is insufficient information in the Book of Mormon to locate Gebim in relation to any other places. Researchers have not located Gebim but suppose it to be north of Jerusalem in between Madmenah and Nob.

II NEPHI 9:112 [20:31]: Madmenah is removed: the inhabitants of Gebim gather themselves to flee.
Commentary: This verse references the places of Gebim and Madmenah. This verse also occurs in Isaiah 10:31. The verse is written such that Madmenah and Gebim should be in proximity to each other since they are being affected by the same situation.
