Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix the pizza dough, sprinkle flour on the pan and spread out the dough on the pan to a thin thickness, bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly brown on top
- Brown the ground beef, drain fat, and add the taco seasoning (add no water).
- Add the refried beans to the ground beef, mix thoroughly and cook until hot
- Remove the pizza dough from the oven, spread the beef/been mixture on top, and cover with cheese.
- Return to the oven, heat until the cheese is melted, about 5-8 minutes.
- Remove and top with diced tomato, cilantro, or any other toppings you want.
Comments
- You can let each person add the toppings (diced onions, guacamole, etc.) that they want on their slices.
- A very good, easy, fast recipe.
- 1 package of Taco Seasoning replaces the 5 tsp of the homemade seasoning.
