Directions
- Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid
- In a medium bowl, combine the onion, bread crumbs, egg whites, mustard and salmon
- Add reserved liquid until the mixture can form patties
- Form into 8 patties
- Add oil to the skillet. Cook patties covered until browned, then carefully turn and brown on the other side.
Comments
- Salmon comes in 15 and 7 oz cans.
- Cook over medium heat, higher heat will brown the outside before the inside cooks
