Directions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts, season with Italian seasoning, chill, cube
  2. Seed and dice the cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and onion. Combine, add the olives, and chill.
  3. Shred the lettuce (not too thin - about 1/2 inch)
  4. When serving, heat the pita (or tortillas)
  5. Add 1 tbsp Tzatziki sauce, chicken, vegetables, lettuce. Top with some feta cheese. Fold.
