Directions
- Cook the chicken breasts, season with Italian seasoning, chill, cube
- Seed and dice the cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and onion. Combine, add the olives, and chill.
- Shred the lettuce (not too thin - about 1/2 inch)
- When serving, heat the pita (or tortillas)
- Add 1 tbsp Tzatziki sauce, chicken, vegetables, lettuce. Top with some feta cheese. Fold.
