Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray 8" x 12" glass dish with vegetable spray
- In a bowl, combine the eggs and milk, mix well
- Spread the bread, green onions, sausage, and cheese in the pan
- Pour egg mixture into dish
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until egg mixture is set

- You can substitute diced ham for the sausage. This base recipe can be used for adding many other ingredients.
