Directions
- Cube the chicken
- Combine the liquid ingredients and spices into a marinade. Strain the pineapple juice from the can of pineapple and use as the pineapple juice.
- Add the chicken and marinade in a plastic bag and marinate for a few hours.
- Large dice the bell pepper, onion, and tomato
- Add the chicken, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and pineapple to skewers (makes 6 skewers)
- Grill the kabobs
