Chicken Kabobs Hawaiian

½ cupOrange Juice Concentrate
1 cupPineapple Juice
¼ cupBrown Sugar
⅛ tspGarlic Powder

Directions

  1. Cube the chicken
  2. Combine the liquid ingredients and spices into a marinade. Strain the pineapple juice from the can of pineapple and use as the pineapple juice.
  3. Add the chicken and marinade in a plastic bag and marinate for a few hours.
  4. Large dice the bell pepper, onion, and tomato
  5. Add the chicken, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and pineapple to skewers (makes 6 skewers)
  6. Grill the kabobs
