Directions

  1. Cook the egg noodles. Drain.
  2. Dice (into small cubes) and cook the chicken with canola oil until it releases its water and just cooked through. Remove to a dish. Drain the water.
  3. Cook the garlic and onion in the skillet using a spray of cooking oil until the garlic releases it's aroma, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the chicken, soups, milk, chicken broth, peas, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
  5. In a 2 quart baking dish, add the cheese, noodles and chicken.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
