Directions
- Cook the egg noodles
- In a large skillet (sprayed with cooking spray), cook the mushrooms and onions until soft, remove from pan
- In the pan, cook ground beef, drain
- Mix in flour and garlic, cook about a minute
- Add the beef broth, heat until hot. The broth will thicken a bit.
- Add mushrooms, onions, Worcestershire, and sour cream, heat until hot
- Serve sauce over the egg noodles
