Apple Butter Pork Loin

Directions

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients and put in a crock pot.
  2. Add the pork loin to the crock pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours
  3. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Remove the pork loin to a 8 x 8 baking dish.
  5. Add the sauce from the crock pot to the bottom of the dish to about 1/2 inch.
  6. Mix the Apple Butter and remaining ingredients into a glaze. Cover the pork loin with the glaze.
  7. Bake 15 minutes (or longer until the sauce in the bottom of the pan becomes a light syrup).
  8. Serve with the light syrup - to either drizzle over the pork or use on dinner rolls.
